1. For a newly appointed faculty member who has worked as full-time staff in domestic or foreign institutions after obtaining a doctorate degree, the work experience will be verified based on the relevance of the previous experience and the subjects the newly appointed faculty member is going to teach by Appointing Department/Institute Faculty Review Committee, and University Faculty Review Committee. A whole year of work experience will be calculated to raise one rank of the salary; however experience less than one year will not be calculated.
2. The mamagement of Reappointment of Salary Rank should comply with the Ministry of Education regulations.
