The Guest House III has provided long-term accommodation services for newly hired teachers and visiting professors since 2016.

We provide 78 rooms.  Parking spaces and motorcycle parking spaces are also available.

 

Charges:

  • Furnished room types:

One bedroom and one living room is NT12,000/month

Two bedrooms and one living room is NT16,000/month

 

  • Unfurnished room type:

Two bedrooms and one living room is NT14,500/month (NT14,500/month for 4 years stay, from the 5th year adjusted to NT16,000/month)

 

  • The charges are based on the actual use status, and the salary deduction method is adopted, including accommodation, electricity, water, and gas.
